Working Papers 2026
Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)The SBS Working Paper Series is part of the institutional research strategy at SBS Swiss Business School – University of Applied Sciences Institute. Its purpose is to provide a platform for sharing early-stage research, ideas, and findings developed by our faculty, doctoral candidates, and collaborators.
DBA students are required to publish a working paper as part of their academic journey toward the dissertation defense. Previously hosted on the school website, these papers will now be published under the SBS Journal of Applied Business Research.
The series serves as a fast-track outlet for work-in-progress that fosters academic dialogue and practical insights in areas such as Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, Sustainability, Management Information Systems, and Digitalization.
Submissions are peer-reviewed and reviewed for academic relevance. Papers may be cited with proper attribution.
