In a disrupted global landscape shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), geopolitical tensions, and sustainability demands, strategic leadership must leverage knowledge creation, innovation, and epistemological pluralism to foster organizational resilience. Knowledge networks, both internal and external, play a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration and adaptability. This paper uses a systematic literature review (SLR) and qualitative case studies to propose a Knowledge-Driven Resilience Framework (KDRF) that integrates knowledge networks, AI-enabled innovation, geopolitical risk management, and sustainable practices. Findings highlight that knowledge networks enhance organizational learning, innovation, and resilience by connecting diverse stakeholders. This research offers actionable insights for academics, practitioners, and policymakers at the 13th Swiss Business School's International Research Conference, Zurich Switzerland (SBS-IRC25).
